By creating an account or using Pangwyn you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
Pangwyn provides tools for discovering, joining, creating and managing real-world events. Features, including the coin system, may evolve over time.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for the security of your account. You must be of legal age in your region to use Pangwyn.
4. Acceptable use
Don't post unlawful, harmful, harassing, deceptive or infringing content. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, scrape data at scale, or misuse the coin system. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Organizer responsibilities
Organizers are responsible for the events they create, the accuracy of their event details, compliance with local laws and the safety of their participants. Pangwyn is a platform, not the host of your event.
6. Pangwyn Coins
Coins are an in-app utility, not legal tender, and have no cash value. We may adjust how coins are earned or spent to keep the economy fair and useful.
7. Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload. By posting on Pangwyn, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display that content as part of operating the service.
8. Disclaimers
Pangwyn is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pangwyn shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
